Breakage fee

Located in a highly walkable area of Mossel Bay, making it easy to explore most places on foot. The Point beach, the harbour, and restaurants are all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. You are close to Santos Beach (the family-friendly Blue Flag beach), Diaz Beach, and The Point, which offers lovely scenic walks and views.
For dining, excellent options nearby include Café Gannet (well known for its seafood), Delfino’s, Carola Ann’s, La Peron Visskerm, The Sea Gypsy Café, Kingfisher, and Kaai 4. E-bikes and scooters are available for hire close by if you wish to venture a bit further.
Activities in the area include catamaran trips with Kiyana Sailing, shark cage diving with great white sharks, ziplining, and golf at the scenic Pinnacle Point course. George Airport is approximately 45 minutes away, with taxis and car rentals readily available.
From June to October, Mossel Bay becomes a whale-watching paradise. Southern Right Whales regularly visit the bay, often swimming close to shore where they can be seen breaching and playing with their calves. Just a short walk from the house, you can enjoy this spectacular natural display from the Point or join a boat trip for unforgettable up-close encounters.
